Flex and Flow Fitness

Description

Celebrate National Relaxation Day with a rejuvenating Flex and Flow class designed to help you unwind, stretch, and reconnect. This gentle session blends flexibility training and yoga-inspired movement to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance. All fitness levels are welcome! Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat.
