Cooking & Cocktail Series: A Night in Bologna

Description

The Cooking and Cocktails Series is back in 2025, and we are kicking things off with a night in Bologna! Attendees will learn to craft a classic Bolognese sauce and homemade ricotta cheese designed to elevate your culinary skills.

As part of this demonstration, you will also have the opportunity to taste a variety of Italian wines that pair well with the classic Bolognese sauce.

During this 1.5 hour demonstration, you will enjoy samples of the featured items and volunteers may be requested. All attendees are encouraged to bring their own beverage to enjoy.
